HDA publications

In 2005, NICE inherited the functions of the Health Development Agency (HDA) which produced evidence-based publications on the promotion of public health. The HDA's publications are available to download.

Referral advice

In 2001, NICE published a referral advice booklet with guidance for health professionals on referring from general to specialist services.
